At our practice, patients have direct contact with the GP. You see the GP straight away. You only need to explain your situation once. And the GP can ask and answer questions straight away.
Telephone consultation
You can arrange a telephone consultation with your GP by booking a call-back appointment. One of the GPs will call you back at the agreed time. In many cases, this means you no longer need to attend a surgery appointment. If you do need to attend, you will be given an appointment.
Book an appointment
To speak to your GP, please book a telephone appointment yourself. You can do this by clicking the ‘Book an appointment’ button on our homepage. Alternatively, you can ring our surgery. A short voice menu will allow you to choose a day and a time slot yourself.
Online if you prefer, or give us a call if that’s more convenient for you
You can access your patient portal from the homepage of our website. You can change an appointment, view test results or ask a question via an e-consultation. This allows you to sort out many matters yourself using your smartphone, tablet or computer.
